📢 Policy Update (Effective March 17, 12:00 Beijing Time)

Due to recent cases of malicious activity involving multiple accounts, Makeronline has updated the payout review policy for the Exclusive Model Program.

Starting March 17 at 12:00 (Beijing Time), withdrawal requests from multiple accounts that share the same payout recipient will no longer be approved.

This measure is intended to prevent abuse of the reward system and ensure fairness for all creators participating in the Exclusive Model Program.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support in maintaining a healthy and fair creator community.

Recently, we’ve received several common questions during the review of Exclusive Model submissions.

To help everyone better understand the standards, we’ve compiled the following Q&A 👇

❓Q1: Why was my nameplate, signage, Hueforge image, or test model rejected?

These models are usually too simple — mostly 2D graphics or text-based designs with limited complexity or originality.

At this stage, such models do not meet the requirements for Exclusive Model status.

❓Q2: Why was my AI-generated model not approved?

Makeronline supports AI-generated models, but they must meet printability and quality standards.

If the structure is rough, damaged, or unverified through real printing, the model will be rejected.

❓Q3: My AI-generated model was successfully printed, but the uploaded print profile looks rough. Will it still be rejected?

Yes.

If your uploaded Print Profile (3MF) produces poor color results, visible banding, or inconsistent print quality, it will fail the review.

We recommend fine-tuning your slicer settings and uploading photos of your actual print for verification.

❓Q4: I applied for exclusivity with an older model, but it was rejected because it had no print profile. Why?

Exclusive Models must include at least one verified Print Profile that has been successfully printed.

Historical models without verified files cannot be approved.

Please re-upload with a validated Print Profile before resubmitting your application.

❓Q5: My previously uploaded model already had a Print Profile, but it still failed the review. Why?

Some uploaded Print Profiles contained invalid parameters or formatting errors that could cause user print failures.

To ensure user safety and print reliability, such profiles are rejected.

Please re-slice and verify your print before uploading again.

❓Q6: My model has no actual printed photos. Will that affect the review?

Yes, it will.

Our reviewers evaluate models based on descriptions, visual presentation, and your past works.

If there’s no printed example, approval may be denied.

Adding clear photos of your finished print will greatly improve your chances of approval.

❓Q7: What happens if my model is approved as Exclusive but later found to violate the program rules during payout review?

If a model is found non-compliant during the Exclusive application or payout review (for example, not original, invalid data, or false declaration), its Exclusive status will be revoked.

The model will not receive normal or reward coins.

For serious violations (e.g. false exclusivity, malicious submissions), penalties or deductions may apply according to the Exclusive Model policy.

This rule exists to protect genuine creators and maintain the fairness and quality of the Exclusive Model Program.

💡Tips: How to improve your approval rate?

Ensure your model shows original design and sufficient detail.

Upload a verified, successful Print Profile that accurately reproduces the model.

Include photos of the final printed object — this strongly increases your approval chance.

最近我们在对独家模型的审核中，收到了一些常见的疑问。

为了帮助大家更清楚地了解标准，我们整理了以下 Q&A 👇

❓Q1：为什么我的名字牌、标识牌、Hueforge生成图或测试模型被驳回了？

A：这类模型结构较为简单，多为二维图形或仅包含文字信息，缺乏足够的设计复杂度与独创性，暂不符合独家模型的要求。

❓Q2：AI生成的模型为什么没有通过？

平台支持AI建模，但要求模型在结构上达到可打印、质量稳定的标准。

如果模型较为粗糙、存在破损或未经过实际打印验证，将被驳回。

❓Q3：我上传的AI建模模型通过打印验证了，但配置文件上色粗糙，也会被拒吗？

是的。若上传的打印配置文件效果不佳、颜色分层明显或影响打印体验，同样无法通过独家审核。我们建议优化切片设置并上传打印实物图片。

❓Q4：我申请独家的模型是以前发布的，但因为没有配置文件被驳回，为什么？

独家模型必须包含至少一个经打印验证的配置文件。

没有实际验证文件的历史模型申请将无法通过审核。建议补充验证打印的配置文件后再重新提交。

❓Q5：历史上传的模型有配置文件，审核却没通过，这是什么原因？

我们检测到部分配置文件存在参数错误或格式问题，可能导致用户打印失败。为了保护用户体验，这类文件会被驳回。建议重新切片并验证后再上传。

❓Q6：我的模型没有打印成品图，是否影响审核？

有影响。审核会综合模型描述与您的历史作品判断，如缺少成品展示可能被驳回。

建议您补充清晰的实物打印图后重新提交。

❓Q7：如果我的作品申请了独家模型，但后来在提现审核中被判定违规，会有什么后果？

如果作品在独家申请或提现审核阶段被判定不符合独家标准，该模型将被取消独家资格。该模型将无法获得普通积分或收益积分；

如涉及严重违规（例如虚假独家、恶意申报），将根据平台独家模型规则执行相应扣分或罚款处理。

此机制的目的是保护原创创作者的权益，并确保独家模型的公平性与高质量标准。
