Dear Makeronline creators,
We have recently received reports from multiple creators about scam accounts impersonating the official Makeronline team in comments and private messages.
These accounts often pretend to be “Makeronline Support,” “Trust & Safety Team,” or “Security Team,” and contact users with claims such as “account issues,” “policy violations,” or “account verification,” in order to trick users into clicking external links or submitting personal information.
Common Scam Patterns
We have observed that these scam messages typically include:
• Claims of unusual account activity
• Claims that your account has violated platform rules and requires immediate action
• False warnings that upload/download features have been restricted
• Requests to complete identity verification within 24 hours
• Threats of permanent account suspension if no action is taken
• Instructions to visit non-official websites for “account verification”
⚠️ Important Reminder
🚨 Makeronline will NEVER ask you to verify your account via comments or unsolicited private messages.
🚨 Makeronline will NEVER request passwords, verification codes, payment details, or any sensitive information through third-party websites.
How to Identify Suspicious Messages
Please stay alert if you see any of the following:
❌ Requests to click unknown or suspicious links
❌ Requests to copy and paste links into a browser
❌ Requests for passwords, verification codes, or wallet information
❌ Urgent language such as “within 24 hours,” “final notice,” or “permanent suspension”
❌ Accounts pretending to be official support or safety teams
