Firmware wont update Kobra 3 v2

Anybody got any solutions keeps chucking up error 10801 when trying to update. It's not my internet as I have 2 of these and the first one updated no problems. I'm updating from v1.0.9.7 to latest and it will not do it I've tried hotspot my phone nothing seems to work
