Kobra 3 Max Z Axis Stepper Motors

I have written to customer service to see if there are stepper motors available for my Kobra 3 Max combo. Of course, no response after a month. Does anyone know how I can use a common NEMA 17 with my printer? I'm so tired of never getting help from Anycubic support.
