Anycubic Kobra X Spool Holder Container

This is version 2.2, public release version.

This spool holder container is specific design for Kobra X to overcome the filament with moisture and dust issue.

The spool holder container can be mounted on the Kobra X printer filament holder or stand alone with the stand.

Printing:

• I used the clear PETG filament for the holder, ideal with smooth plate, concentric pattern for top and bottom. Sparse infill pattern I used honeycomb or Archimedean Chords for the infill.
• The photos I uploaded included smooth plate and texture plate print out.
• The base can be clear filament for better light pass through. Or print the colour which matching the colour of the filament.
• The gasket can be TPU 95A, 64D, 68D. I tested all these filaments can be printed from Kobra X printer. Or print the colour which matching the colour of the filament.

Install Direction:

1. Remove the existing support rods.
2. The spool holder container base with left (for slot 1 and 3), right (for slot 2 and 4) model.
3. Install the spool holder container to the existing filament holder, it maybe tight fit. Try to push in and then turn up and down.
4. Once the spool holder container locked into the Kobra X top filament holder; the hole will line up with the PTFE feeding port hole. Your choice to use the feeding ports or remove them and direct feed the PTFE tube into the spool holder container.
5. Install small gasket onto the spool holder container base.
6. Install the big gasket onto spool holder container cover.
7. Screw the cover to the base

Note:

1. Maybe a little bit difficult to feed the filament through the hold, but eventually you will find your way to feed the filament in it.
