This hexagonal lamp features a Song Brocade digital design pattern by artist Qian Lihuai
![]()
Each pattern uses a different infill selected in the 3D slicer, fused on top by a white grid pattern so the layers do not split. The glowing panels show off layered color and woven texture, which changes how the lamp looks depending on the light inside.

It prints in multiple parts: the walls slot into the base, followed by an inner diffusion tube and the top, then a set of support pillars goes in to add rigidity and stability.

You will need a lamp for the base:

To help with light distribution, apply some aluminium foil (use the tube to cut it out) or paint it silver.

Insert the wall, make sure it is centered.

Insert all the walls and the tube
![]()
Align them, one by one (it will take some practice)
![]()
Once complete, insert the support pillars. The shortest end faces towards the center (make note of the lines for easy identification)

If it does not go through, gently tap the walls so it makes room. It should slide in without issues.

Enjoy your new lamp!
