🛠️ Quick Assembly Guide (Under 2 Minutes)
- Print the Parts: Print the base, arm, cradle, pins, and locking wedges (tacos).
- Insert the Main Pins: Align the hinge knuckles and push the printable pins straight through the channels.
- Insert the Locking Wedges (Bottom vs. Top):
- 🔹 Long Wedge (Bottom Hinge — Essential): Insert the longer wedge squarely at 90° into the rear slot of the bottom base hinge. Tap it gently with a small hammer until flush. This locks the structure and prevents any backward tilting.
- 🔹 Short Wedge (Top Hinge — Optional): The shorter wedge is for the upper hinge. For daily smartphone use, the top hinge is already stiff and solid without it, so it is optional (use it if you want an ultra-locked angle for heavy tablets).
