Description
This is a tomato you press instead of eat.
From the front it's just a sliced tomato: red skin, cream flesh, four pockets of red pulp, a ring of yellow seeds, a star-shaped core, and a green leaf off to the side. Press the flesh in the middle and it clicks. Let go and it springs back. No batteries, no sound chip — just a chevron-shaped leaf spring molded into the body.
Easy to print is the whole point:
- Print in parts. Body, cut face, and leaf are three separate pieces on one plate. Each one gets its ideal orientation, and if something goes wrong you only reprint one piece.
- Few color changes. Four colors, only a handful of swaps for the whole plate — less waste, less time.
- Minimal supports. Just a little support to clean up, and 0.2 mm layer height still captures every seed and the core.
Roughly 44 mm across and 21 mm tall (51 mm with the leaf), with an integrated loop on the side for a keychain. Good for the desk, good for the hands, and it doubles as a Pomodoro timer.
