Description: This is an essential auxiliary support stand designed for classic Vespa scooters (PX, Primavera, PK, etc.). It fits perfectly underneath the engine crankcase, allowing you to easily and safely lift the rear wheel off the ground without needing a bulky workshop paddock stand.

It’s the ideal tool for routine maintenance tasks such as changing the rear tire, adjusting the clutch or brake cables, or simply storing the scooter in your garage to prevent flat-spotting the tires.

Design Features & Assembly Instructions:

Modular System: The stand is split into 3 interlocking pieces for easier printing and transport.Tight Tolerance: Engineered with a 0.02 mm tolerance to ensure an ultra-precise, rock-solid fit with zero wobble once assembled.

Directional Fit: The parts are not reversible and will not fit on both sides. Each piece has its own unique side and position; please verify the correct orientation before pressing them together.

Assembly Tip: Due to the high precision of the 0.02 mm tolerance, it is highly recommended to apply a small drop of lubricating oil to the joints the first time you insert them. This will ease the initial slide and prevent the plastic from binding.

The design features a reinforced truss structure on the sides that maximizes structural compression strength while reducing filament usage. It also features a wide, stable base to prevent slipping.

Recommended Print Settings:

Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (Recommended for mechanical strength and resistance to oil/gasoline), though PLA with extra walls works fine too.Layer Height: 0.2mm - 0.28mm.

Walls (Perimeters): 4 or 5 minimum (crucial for weight bearing).

Infill: 25% - 35% (Gyroid or Grid for maximum strength).
