Challenge Submission Rules and Evaluation Criteria 📜
#Challenge#

First of all, thank you once again for participating in this season's challenge. We've seen a lot of creative designs from talented designers. However, as the event has progressed, we've noticed some participants submitting a large number of similar, low-quality models to score points, which goes against the spirit of fair competition. To address this, we will implement the following measures: based on model similarity and overall quality, each participant will be allowed to keep up to two similar low-quality models; additional models will be removed and points deducted accordingly. Below are the evaluation criteria and rules for your reference, accompanied by example screenshots to help participants better understand and adhere to these rules.

Evaluation Criteria:

Originality and Creativity 🎨: All submissions must be original creations of the submitter. Any piracy or remixes will result in immediate removal (with serious offenders disqualified from the competition). We encourage the submission of models that feature innovative designs and unique concepts. Repetitive or overly similar works will not be retained.

Quality and Complexity 🔍: We evaluate the craftsmanship and design complexity of the models. High-quality and intricately crafted submissions will be prioritized for retention.

Functionality and Practicality 🛠️: Entries should be visually appealing, including clear images of the model, actual photos, and descriptions, and must serve a practical function or meet the thematic requirements of the event.

Example Screenshots and Descriptions:

Example 1 🚫: Below is an example of the type of entry we discourage.

Example 2 ✅: Below is an example of the type of entry we encourage.

Additionally, regarding points for likes, downloads, and follows, our rules clearly prohibit fraudulent activities. We will conduct a thorough review of all participants' data at the final stage of the competition, including checks for piracy, and we welcome reports of any copyright infringement.

By implementing these measures, our aim is to enhance the overall quality and fairness of the competition, allowing each participant's creativity to be fully expressed and recognized.

We look forward to all participants adhering to these standards, helping to create a fair and high-quality competition environment. 🌟

Please remove all of the non-multicolor models too! This is supposed to be a MULTICOLOR CHALLENGE, not random crappy models challenge. Please enforce these rules too, and remove all of the Hueforge, low effort signs, etc.

They definitely recommend sharing the links so that many people view or like or download them.
I myself have advertised to my family and friends and almost all of them support me, even if they are not at home with 3D printing.

That's great, I believe it will satisfy all designers truly focused on creativity, as well as users who appreciate high-quality models.

Hi.

Thank you for the clarification.
This is duly noted.

Unfortunately for me, as I make a lot of simple models of the same type (especially simplistic boxes, or multi-color pixel art (by changing filament during a layer change or depending on the sub-object)) I have high chance of losing my current position.

But I understand.

Good luck to all participants
and good continuation to all.
